Busy contractor looking for 1-2 construction/maintenance techs
Following skills needed:
Drywall repairs, match textures, ability to repair 1x1 - 4x4
Maintenance turns, check appliances, change ceiling fan, replace outlet or switch etc.
Painting, brush and roll, paint new baseboards, final touch ups
Construction: install baseboards, install pre hung door, etc.
Construction site pickup and delivery, using company vehicle.
Will need valid drivers license with clean driving record
Must have transportation
Must have all tools to perform work listed above
Must be available Monday through Friday 7:00-4:00
