Multi-Trade Hotel Renovation Company Seeks Project Managers
Join a decades long established multi-trade hospitality renovations company with projects throughout the Southwest United States. Lead a team of skilled tradesmen, coordinate with General Contractors, Architects, and Ownership groups. Work on top brand hotel properties with typical projects ranging from 6 months to over a year.
Full-Time Position: Project Manager
Pay: $75,000 and up depending on experience

Work Location: Traveling – Most of our work in in the Southwest region.
Qualifications:
10+ years of construction experience - Hospitality, Multi-Family, Renovation preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English).
Thorough knowledge of general construction.
Must be computer literate in Excel, Word, Windows, Procore etc.
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced industry and run multiple jobs that are in different phases of construction.
Ability to multi-task, which requires strong organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills, and must be able to pay attention to detail, time management, and quality.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform regular site visits.
Responsibilities
Oversee project schedules to ensure strict timelines are met, and jobs are in sequence.
Frequently inspect projects to verify quality and work in progress.
Compile Daily Reports with photos of the construction progress.
Ensure projects maintain a safe, organized and clean environment throughout the duration of the project. Job site cleanliness and safety are a top priority.
Communicate with the General Contractor as well as our subcontractors.
Provide support to keep construction flowing without delays.
Communicate with Senior Management regarding production goals and timelines.
Manage the job site and supervise subcontractor activities in accordance with project schedules and contracted scope of work.
Track and report weekly timesheets of crews.
Utilize construction management software for scheduling, RFI’s, etc.
Identify potential trade partners and subcontractors.
Negotiate solutions raised by inspectors and trade partners.
Maintain records of all change orders and/or purchase orders and inspections.
Attend team meetings and project meetings.
Address safety, quality, and manpower.
Other business-related duties as assigned.
Ability to travel where projects are located. Company covers travel to and housing for projects outside of an established home-base region. When outside of home-base region, company provides two weekends a month to travel home.
