DJB Enterprises Ltd. is seeking experienced Welders for both Field Installation/Erection Crews and Shop Fitters/Fabricators. We are a second chance employer and offer a strong, steady work environment for skilled tradespeople.
Positions Available:
Field Welders / Erectors
Must have structural steel erection and welding experience
Comfortable working at heights and with rigging
Valid driver’s license required
Must bring PPE and basic tools
Weekly reimbursement if using your own rig/truck (optional)
Shop Welders / Fitters-Fabricators
Must have fabrication and welding experience
Ability to read and work from shop drawings
Proficient with welding, fitting, grinding, and cutting
Must bring PPE and basic tools

Must be legally authorized to work in Arizona
Must be local to the Phoenix area
Steel toe boots, PPE, and basic hand tools required
Reliable attendance is essential
