Modular Solutions, Ltd. is looking for motivated Welders to join our team at an outdoor industrial facility. This position involves working on fabrication and assembly projects in an open-air setting. We welcome both experienced welders and entry-level applicants — we offer support to help new welders earn certification.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding (based on assignment)
Fabricate and assemble metal components based on project requirements
Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times
Conduct inspections of welds to ensure structural integrity and quality
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working conditions
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass an in-house welding test
Proven experience as a welder (2+ years preferred)
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE usage
Welding certification is a plus — but not required
