Responsibilities
Scheduling jobs, crews, and materials
Reviewing/creating CAD drawings or assisting with CAD-based projects
Reading and understanding tape-measure measurements (must be accurate)
Maintaining organized project files and office paperwork
Communicating professionally with team members, vendors, and customers
Supporting daily operations and problem-solving as needed

Requirements
✅ Prior experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) – or strong exposure to it
✅ Ability to use a tape measure confidently and accurately
✅ Reliable, trustworthy, and organized
✅ Dependable transportation to and from work
✅ Previous experience in scheduling, project management, or office management preferred
