What You'll Do: (At First)
Drywall installation, repairs, and finishing (residential/commercial)
Minor framing and painting as needed
Show up on time, complete jobs efficiently, and maintain our reputation for quality
Communicate proactively (before, during, and after jobs)
Follow our proven systems and processes (not reinvent the wheel)
Take ownership of job quality and customer satisfaction
Eventually help manage operations and grow the business
What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiables):
