Job Descripton Includes:
Performing unit demos safely and cleanly
Hanging, taping, and texturing drywall
Installing trim, baseboards, doors, and hardware
Painting full interiors and cabinetry
Light plumbing: replacing toilets, faucets, and disposals
Light electrical: installing fans, fixtures, switches, and outlets
Assembly: appliances, blinds, mirrors, cabinet doors
Tile: Install backsplash, tub/shower surrounds
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
General Liability Insurance needed on first day of first job
2–5 years of hands-on experience in renovations
Excellent troubleshooting and finish work abilities
Good communication and ability to follow project timelines
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
All of your own tools to complete all work listed above
