What You Will Do:
Run high-quality, pre-set appointments and close residential roofing sales
Consistently self-generate new business through canvassing, networking, and outreach
Represent ARW at local events and within the community
Track leads, manage contracts, and follow up using CRM software (Acculynx a plus)
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Who We’re Looking For:
5+ years of residential roofing sales experience
Proven ability to self-generate and consistently close deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Tech-savvy, reliable, and professional
Physically able to walk roofs, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs
