Tri-State Motor Transit is looking for a dynamic leader. TSMT is a 500 truck fleet specializing in AA&E and high security transportation. Will report to Director of Driver Management in leading dispatch and Drivers.
Previous management required
Previous experience in trucking, TMS, dispatch, planning, Driver recruiting perhaps, all preferred - but not absolutely necessary if you have super strong talents elsewhere.
Pay is DOE - range of $65k-$75k + bonuses . . . words that would describe our ideal candidates would include:
- Smart - what do you do that shows your smart?
- High emotional IQ
- Reliable
- Ambitious/Hungry
- Must be computer proficient
- KPIs, Analytics, and ability to navigate a spreadsheet (basic pivot tables) shouldn't be foreign to you
