We are a Non-emergency Medical Transportation company looking for a full-time Assistant Manager.
This is an In-Office position, must be reliable, self-motivated, honest, and punctual.
The job position is full-time, and the hours will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
Under the supervision of the Office Manager, you will assist with supervising staff, clerical work, filing, partial dispatching, and other similar tasks.
There will be a 90-day probationary period on this job offer. After 90 days, there will be pay increase.
Our ideal candidate should be professional, ready to assist, able to get job tasks done in a timely manner.
Requirements:
-Must have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
-Must have AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
-Must be at least 25 years of age
-Must pass a drug test, we are a drug-free workplace
-Must have a clean MVR (motor vehicle record) for the past 3 years (if you lived out of state within the past 3 years, we will need that MVR from that previous state as well)
-Must have reliable mode of transportation
-Must have valid Arizona driver's license
-Must have advanced computer skills, typing and knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
