Our Freight Agents have the freedom to be their own boss receiving high commission splits, mentoring and back office support.
Qualifications:
Freight Broker License Required
Minimum 1 Year of Brokerage Sales
Strong Operational Knowledge of the Trucking Industry and Brokerage
Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities (Freight Broker / Freight Agent):
Manage, grow and diversify customer base
Professional collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers and dispatchers.
