With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking to expand our team by adding a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor.
Position Overview:
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance and assistance throughout their vehicle service experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and provide clear explanations of recommended services.
2. Service Recommendations: Collaborate with our skilled technicians to accurately diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
3. Estimates and Quotes: Provide detailed service estimates, including cost and time estimates, to customers and address any questions or concerns.
4. Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources in the shop.
5. Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle and any changes to the service plan.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Strive for excellent customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance is a plus.
Exceptional customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
