What You'll Do: Greet and assist service customers in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule service appointments
Accurately document vehicle issues and service needs
Communicate with technicians and relay recommendations to customers
Provide cost estimates and explain repair options
Ensure a seamless service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery
