This position duties includes:
-Dispatching landscape rock orders
-Obtaining pickup numbers and/or authorizations for rock pickups
-Keeping yard stocked with current material
-Helping retail customers and providing knowledge to customers and staff as needed.
-Customer satisfaction must be a priority and attitude should be positive and helpful to all employees and customers.
-Works well under pressure.
The responsibilities for this position include:
-Dispatch drivers & deliveries in a timely & cost effective manner.
-Call customers prior to delivery to verify address, size/color/material & time of delivery. Keep customers informed of delivery times and or delays.
-Load material for retail yard sales; Pre-load material into trucks for following day’s deliveries.
-Keep yard stocked with current material.
-Assist retail customers by answering questions and providing information on availability and delivery schedule.
-Manage Front Desk and answer phone calls.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE, PASS A DRUG TEST AND A BACKGROUND CHECK
LANDSCAPE ROCK KNOWLEDGE A PLUS
CDL LICENSE A PLUS
LOADER OPERATING EXPERIENCE A PLUS
HOURS ARE 7AM - 4PM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. 45 HOURS PER WEEK
CLOSED WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
