Responsibilities:
We make silicone grips and that's it!
This Production/Assembly position is a highly repetitive assembly position where you work independently. Your responsibilities will be the same each day (prepare grips for packaging) and are consistent throughout the shift. We prefer employees who have experience in the mundane of assembly/production jobs who favor repetitive light-physical work in a warehouse setting.
This is a position where hand-eye coordination is very important. Workers are required to be able to stand entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and easily follow directions. Consistent speed and efficiency are mandatory to maintain position. You must be self-regulating and able to follow procedures.
No management positions/supervisor positions are available in our facility.
We are a smoke-free property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
