General Summary:
The purpose of the Production Assistant is needed to make small batch, natural spa products. Following recipes, mixing small batches, packaging for wholesale and retail. Working efficiently to fulfil customer orders. Work in a team environment where teamwork is crucial.
Full training given.
Essential Job Functions:
Working with Essential oils, lotions, oils and soaps
Work to a deadline as part of a dedicated team a must.
Safely operate all carts, pallet jacks, forklift and equipment used in warehouse. We offer training and certifications necessary
Work effectively in various weather conditions and storage temperatures
Fulfil customer orders as directed by Production Manager
Skills and Abilities:
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skill verbal and written
Must be self-motivated
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects, multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to weigh and measure accurately
Safely operate all carts, pallet jacks, forklift and equipment used in warehouse. We offer training and certifications necessary
Excellent memory recall with day to day activities
Must be able to work in a team environment
Ability to shift focus/tasks as needed, sometimes without notice
Ability to follow instructions to the letter
Must be proficient with basic math (Multiplication, division and conversions)
