Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Scottsdale, Arizona. The role will primarily involve accounts payable tasks within the industry, with a focus on data entry using Yardi. The successful candidate will work onsite from Monday to Friday, during traditional office hours. Responsibilities: Manage vendor invoice entry efficiently and accurately Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts payable Execute check runs to pay for company liabilities Undertake invoice processing to maintain financial records Utilize Yardi software for data entry tasks related to accounts payable Use Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting Operate Oracle for business process management Utilize QuickBooks for accounting functions Implement SAP for business operations and customer relations Conduct coding invoices to categorize company expenses Requirements Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) Demonstrated ability in conducting Check Runs Skilled in Coding Invoices Proficient in Data Entry tasks Experience in Invoice Processing Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Oracle software Proficiency in using QuickBooks for accounting tasks Experience with SAP software Knowledge of Yardi software for property management and accounting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment High degree of integrity and confidentiality with handling sensitive financial information.
