Reporting to the Director of Engineering Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure the overall maintenance of the facilityAct as a member of the Emergency Response Team, responding in cases of fire, accident, safety concerns and calls for medical assistanceMaintain and service refrigeration & HVAC equipment for facilityCorrect and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazardsMaintain all actions in a daily activity maintenance logAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assigned
