As a Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.

Your day-to-day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead and facilitate Agile Scrum Project Management practices within the team

Provide operations support throughout the Project tenure, that includes working in Shifts Hands on IBM Netezza and Informatica PowerCenter ETL concepts

Identify and remove barriers to successful implementation

Report progress via appropriate metrics

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management

A minimum of 6 years of experience with advanced proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, Agile Application Development, Agile Release Planning, Collibra Data Governance, and Cross Functional Team Leadership

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree

Informatica Certified Developer

Netezza experience

Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, Denodo, Collibra is a plus
