We are seeking a self-motivated crew member who is proactive in getting results, has great attention to detail, a problem-solver, and develops strong working relationships.

The Network Telecom Analyst is responsible for coordinating and performing the telecommunications moves, adds, and changes; acting as liaison between the telephone operating companies and the interconnect companies in matters dealing with telecommunications needs, and providing technical expertise and recommendations to assist in efficient and effective network telecommunications.

In this role you will:

  • Order telecommunication circuits and disconnects. Coordinates, reviews, and tracks delivery, installs, disconnects, and performs moves, adds, and changes as required. Monitors and provides status of requisitions until fully completed.
  • Interface with telecom service providers to ensure service level agreements are met and service issues are remediated.
  • Consult with IT and business to match requirements to Telecom carrier service offerings, including capacity, speed, and security features
  • Review, ascertain accuracy, and recommend payment of invoices submitted by the interconnect companies for services rendered. Review accounts and proactively manages, monitors, and escalates invoice discrepancies. Partner with Corporate Financial Services (CFS) to manage telecom costs through validation and auditing of service billing.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance technical capabilities of the system and reduce operating costs. Research and identify possible new providers to replace existing and future circuits and services.
  • Maintain records, develop, and prepare reports relevant to the operations of telecommunications.
  • Partner with Procurement to negotiate with vendors to secure products and services and performs Vendor and Relationship Management duties and provides Governance.
  • Assist with the continuous improvement of circuit management processes and controls.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other related duties as assigned.


What it takes:
  • Minimum of three to five years of general telecommunications experience.
  • Two years of tracking and/or reporting experience.
  • Experience with excel
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • College degree preferred or applicable work experience.
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.
