We invite you to showcase your passion for engaging service, where your warmth and knowledge of our offerings will assist guests in re-creating our exceptional hotel experience in their own homes.What you will be doing:Building High Performing Teams: Develop, inspire, and retain top talentCoach and develop to maximize the success and efficiently of storeroom associatesSet and reinforce clear and aligned expectations, performance, results and accountability with all associatesEffectively and fairly manage and drive high performance of all associatesEnsure onboarding and continued training of the associate teamPositively communicate personal and team goals to promote the highest output.Daily Meetings & TasksRetail Leadership storeroom presenceRun all sales reports for prior day on all storesAccurately pull all replenishing product and deliver to the proper stores based on sales reportsInventory all boxes in the storeroom at the beginning of the shift and make sure all boxes from previous day are accounted for.Efficiently count incoming orders to insure Correct invoicingAccurately receive all orders into DataworksEfficiently and properly sticker all received ordersPromptly deliver and store new items in storeroom/storeLive the Culture: Make good, fact-based shopkeeper decisions that keep the stores full and abundantBuild a storeroom environment that is sharply focused on consistently and accurately receiving of all goodsLead consistent focus on delivering engaging customer experiencesPromote the culture of colleague recognitionBuild a team that works well together based on the needs of the divisionOperational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of storeroom and shop floor execution, including inventory accuracy, space management, and product presentation. Maintain a strong leadership presence in the storeroom and retail areas to provide direction and oversight.Uphold and enforce all policies, procedures, and brand standards.Direct inventory management activities.Ensure prompt, organized, and accurate delivery of new merchandise to store locations.Accountability of all policies and proceduresIncorporate Loss Prevention and safety messages into daily operationsMaintain OSHA requirements to ensure the outlets are a safe working and shopping environment.Weekly Meetings & TasksWeekly direct report one on one meetingsInclude 5-minute micro-training sessions during down time — covering topics like receiving accuracy, Dataworks tips, or safety procedures.Monthly Meetings & TasksCheck and replenish basic supplies (labels, printer ink, tape, clipboards, cleaning materials) and reorganize storage bins and shelves.Execute monthly shop inventories in partnership with Director of Retail Receiving & Business SupportDevelop a rotational system where storeroom staff can cross-train in other shops or retail functions to build skillsets and keep daily work fresh.Allocate time for monthly organization and cleaning, ensuring proper labeling, shelf order, and accessibility.Identify items with upcoming expirations or limited-time relevance and communicate with Director of Retail Receiving & Business Support for promotional action.Quarterly Meetings & TasksCreate and schedule quarterly storeroom deep cleaningReview Team training needs developing training needsRotate seasonal or dated product to front shelves and flag excess or aged items for sell-through strategies.Update product shelf labels, storage signs, and area identifications to maintain clear visibility and reduce mispacks.Review current Standard Operating Procedures with team, incorporating any changes or improvements into training materials.Annual Meetings & TasksSchedule an annual deep cleaning of the storeroom — including floors, vents, shelves, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach storage areas.Check all equipment used in the storeroom (scanners, printers, carts, ladders, etc.) for wear, service needs, or replacement.Ensure all storeroom team members are up-to-date with required training or certifications (e.g., food safety handling, lift training)Other Operating Purchase Requests & Approvals Purchase requests are approved by Director of Retail Receiving & Business Support
