Description Our client, a law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona is looking to hire a 1+ year AZ-licensed associate attorney to assist with pre-litigation matters - mainly consumer protection, Lemon Law, breach of warranty. Some litigation. This position will be in-office for the first three months and then will allow for 2 days a week to be worked remotely. Responsibilities will include client intake screening, drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements, conducting legal research.
