Description We are offering an opportunity for a 3+ Year Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney in Scottsdale, Arizona, to join our client's law firm. As part of their legal team, this role will focus on managing personal injury cases from intake through to settlement or litigation and leading a team of support staff and other attorneys. The attorney will also be required to utilize various skills including, but not limited to, case management software, document management, and complaint handling. This is an in-office job with some remote work available.Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from intake through to settlement or litigation. Lead a team to ensure effective case management. Utilize case management software to maintain accurate records of each case. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly. Utilize Adobe Acrobat and other necessary software for document management. Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Maintain knowledge and understanding of personal injury plaintiffs. Handle claim administration effectively. Prepare and conduct briefings related to the cases.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney. Proficiency in the use of 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Document Management is required. Familiarity with Case Management Software and Conveyancer is a must. The candidate should have demonstrable skills in Briefing, Civil Litigation, and Claim Administration. Experience in Complaint Handling and Consumer Electronics is necessary. The applicant should have a proven track record in handling Personal Injury Plaintiffs. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. The candidate must be able to work independently and also as part of a team. A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity at all times is required. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
