Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will ensure every guest experience reflects Toro’s lively spirit and exceptional standards.Reporting to the Toro Restaurant General Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead daily operations of Toro Latin Restaurant, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experienceConsistently deliver professional, engaging, and personalized service reflective of Toro’s brandDrive revenue through strategic programming, promotions, and guest engagement initiativesFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance within the front-of-house teamCollaborate with culinary leadership to ensure alignment on menu execution, presentation, and service flowMaintain strong floor presence—actively engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and building relationshipsOversee reservations strategy and guest flow through platforms such as OpenTable, ensuring optimization of covers and pacingCoordinate and execute special events, group dining, and holiday activationsEnsure all guest preferences, VIP notes, and special requests are executed flawlesslyPartner with Concierge and resort departments to enhance the overall guest journeyMonitor and analyze performance metrics including sales, labor, and guest satisfaction scoresSupport financial performance through effective labor management, forecasting, and cost controlsMaintain compliance with all corporate, brand, and operational standardsParticipate in leadership meetings, weekly forecasts, and operational planning sessionsSupport resort-wide initiatives, special events, and cross-outlet collaboration as neededLead, coach, and develop colleagues through ongoing feedback, training, and performance managementOther duties as assigned
