Prepares production reports for business cost allocation.
Prepares checks for deposit to bank via CRIM for clients.
Assists with scanning and printing of Client legal communications which includes but not limited to documentation to employees, courts and attorneys.
Audits scanned batches for accuracy and documents results and provides to supervisor.
Assists with training of new hires.
Prepares and processes client retention to outside vendors.
Prepares letters to employees with explanation of check rejection.
Responsible for confirmation of required legal documentation and non legible dates to offshore support team.
Assist in non standard support requests from HRO clients.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
