80% on the floor and 20% at desk
Manage all operational aspects for their client
Manage internal associates and contingent workforce
Manage functions related to service performance and exceeding customer KPI performance
Maintain 99.5% performance
Manage down service escalations and maintain service at high levels
Manage staffing schedules toward reducing OT requirements
Responsible for managing 5S standards at all times
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
