Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Enrollment Specialist in Tucson, Arizona. The role is in the financial services industry and requires a high level of organization and detail-orientation. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving inquiries. Key responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications through various computer programs. Maintain accurate records for customer credit using CMS platform. Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Monitor customer accounts and take action when necessary. Handle answering inbound calls from customers and provide them with necessary assistance. Perform various benefit functions to ensure customer satisfaction. Execute billing functions accurately and in a timely manner. Manage claim administration tasks, ensuring all claims are processed correctly. Utilize excellent communication skills while interacting with customers and team members. Requirements Proficiency in using CMS Platform for various administrative tasks. Familiarity with various computer programs and the ability to quickly adapt to new software. Experience in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service. Understanding of benefit functions and ability to explain them to prospective enrollees. Knowledge of billing functions and the ability to accurately process billing information. Experience in claim administration and the ability to resolve claim issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members.
