Our group of hardworking staff are dedicated to providing the community with top-tier service in a casual dining setting. The dishwasher plays a vital role in creating a clean and vibrant experience for every guest.
Principal Tasks:
Ensure that clean utensils, plates, and kitchen tools are organized and available for chefs and line cooks
Run the dishwashing machine and 3 compartment sink daily
Adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times
Assist Chef with minimal prep if necessary
Clean doors, door windows and put out mats as necessary
