To be a successful manager you should have excellent interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You must be able to delegate duties to staff members while making sure that the staff is trained for their assigned roles. If you are interested in the Manager role, please submit you resume. GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

A Manager oversees entire venue when the General Manager is not on duty, including money management, staff, training and development, compliance, and all guest relations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Oversee the entire venue, including staff, money management, reporting, and inter-office communications.

Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, training, and motivating staff.

Address and resolve guest complaints.

Inspect the venue for cleanliness, compliance, and overall appearance.

Ensure compliance with local health and safety codes.

Stay up to date on local events in the surrounding areas to help drive customer traffic.

Manage menu items and coordinate specials with marketing team to ensure timely development of marketing materials.

Manage and approve company’s social media posts.

Manage and respond to online ratings and customer inquiries as needed.

Attend marketing and promotional events as needed.

Participate in creating events and specials to help drive customer traffic.

Promote company events and specials.

Regularly network with outlying businesses to find ways to cross promote.

Regularly network to help create new ways to drive customer traffic.

Work as a Front Door, Podium, Main Floor, or VIP Host as needed.

Maintain floor security and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for staff, IPEs, and guests.

Ensure proper accounting and reporting occurs daily.

Audit cash in safe and balance daily.

Audit cash drawers of staff randomly to uphold integrity.

And any other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

Must demonstrate aggressive hospitality and a friendly, courteous demeanor.

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Proficiency in using computers and communicating effectively.

Ability to concentrate on tasks without distraction.

Must pass product knowledge, operational facts, and other tests prior to employment and at intervals thereafter.

Proficiency in crowd control techniques, responsible vendor training, and public health and hygiene requirements.

KEY COMPETENCIES

High degree of proficiency in guest and human relations.

Awareness of others' reactions and ability to recall names and guest preferences.

Teamwork, mutual respect, and a strong desire to excel.

Mastery of KPIs in mechanical aspects, superior service, hospitality techniques, and showmanship.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand, walk, bend, sit, etc. for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
