Teresa’s Mosaic is a family-owned full-service restaurant and cantina that has been serving Tucson's best Mexican food and cocktails for 40 years.
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu. Communication and collaboration with all members of the BOH is essential. You will be expected to maintain poise under pressure, know your prep work and your closing duties.
Responsibilities - Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner - Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed - Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills. Breakfast (egg) experience is a plus.
