We are open 5 days a week- Wednesday to Sunday
This position is for a professional kitchen manager that combines creativity with knowledge, that has experience leading a team, teaching, mentoring.
The kitchen manager is responsible for maintaining the standards of our food, working on creating event menus, special holiday menus and maintaining the character and vision of our menu inspired in Central Mexico cuisine.
Responsibilities include-
Scheduling, ordering, admin time, training
Other requirente: ServSafe, can work in excel
We close: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day.
