Penca has immediate openings for an experience prep cook and an experience line cook.
Our kitchen focuses on traditional Mexican food from central Mexico. We prepare everything from scratch, fresh ingredients and locally sourced as possible.
Our evening service is constantly busy. We are open 5 nights a week 4-9:30.
Prep schedule starts at 8 or 9 am
Line cook schedule starts between 2:30-3p
We are looking for a kitchen staff that are passionate about food, preparation and delivery, that take pride on their work and the final product.
We are looking for full time employees
We open Wednesday to Sunday and not open Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and we close for a week around 4th of July.
We are located on Broadway in a beautifully restored building.
