1. Penca, our stablished dinner service restaurant is looking for a floor manager to lead our team. This person loves hospitality, loves creating great experiences for our guest, notices all the details that make a difference.
The manager leads the team with training, is responsible for covering the floor each evening, guiding the service.
Has wine knowledge. Dinner service is Wednesday to Sunday.
Creates schedule for the team, communicates with guest regarding reservations, large groups etc. It is in charge of our community outreach and partnerships. Manages tips and maintains a simple p&l. Excel experience great.
Our restaurant has been open for over 10 years- we have a great following with wonderful loyal guest.
We cook from scratch and we create our drinks from scratch with a award wining selection of agaves distills and natural wines-
Penca is a wonderful gem and we are looking for a thoughtful and caring leader, organized that believes in outstanding service.
2. New Restaurant opening soon, National, a coffee driven and deli style restaurant open 6 days a week 7-4p
for now
located in a great historic corner of our downtown. Scott and Congress, the old wigorama space.
We are looking for leader with coffee experience and morning pace service.
This is a counter service operation that wants to give our guest great and quick service.
Breakfast, lunch and light dinner, with a bar dedicated to shrubs, tongs, fantastic wines and rotation of local beers
open space, beautiful setting, great food.
We need an organized person that has had this experience, opening a coffee shop and that has dedicated time to moving service.
