Penca is a locally owned restaurant located in downtown Tucson in a beautifully historic building just a few blocks from our local theaters, symphony, hotels and our convention center.
Our scratch kitchen features food from central Mexico, our bar program offers a great selection of Mexican distills, agave spirits and a curated natural wine and old world wine selections, among others.

With a minimum of 3 year experience in restaurant leadership roles
