and growing We currently have 5 stores here in Tucson, Green Valley &
Sierra Vista. We are consistently among the Top 10 Franchises in the whole nation.
And we are growing. We have more stores opening very soon,
and we need HELP
- Customer Service & Sales
- Asst. Store Manager
- Security & Inventory management
Our stores are very upscale boutiques, and specialize in customer service,
and one-on-one consultation and guidance to find the right CBD solution for
our clients needs.
Positions will typically start at a part-time level (15-20 hrs weekly) and advance
to full-time based on a few different factors. Shifts usually occur 10:00 am to 5:30 pm,
some weekend shifts will be required.
This is not a dead-end job! Part-time positions can develop into management positions,
and 2 of our employees have already evolved into Your CBD Store owners in other cities.
This is a real opportunity to move up in the industry.
Starting pay ranges from $15-$17 hourly DOE.
Weekly and monthly incentives always available for "high achievers"
Knowledge of all things cannabis related is helpful, but not 100% necessary.
Your personality, great attitude, appearance and customer service skills are far
more important than having an infinite knowledge of the cannabis plant, because
we have an excellent training program for the right candidates.
