We are Alternatives in Home Care, a local boutique professional senior care management agency. We are looking for several experienced in home caregivers to join our team, providing care for clients in their homes. Duties include assistance with ADLs, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, med reminders, meal prep, companionship, etc.
Hours are flexible and we will work with you on scheduling based on your availability. Preference is given to those who can work weekends (day and night) and fill in shifts, with some work available Monday-Friday. Part time and full time hours are available. Pay is up to $20 per hour, depending on the client.
We require the following:
1. At least one year experience as a caregiver
2. Current DCW or CNA highly desired
3. Flexible and reliable, with a client-oriented and team player attitude
4. Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
5. Ability to use technology (ie apps, email, etc.) for care notes, team communication, scheduling, etc.
6. Professional appearance and communication skills
