Looking for a day porter/ maintenance tech who is able to perform various tasks. Tasks to include painting, replacing light bulbs, drywall repair, day porter and janitorial. Monday- Friday 5am- 1pm ( summer hours). Must have a clean driving record and able to submit verifiable DMV records. Vehicle allowance or company vehicle provided. Accrued paid sick time and medical insurance available after 90 days. Hourly pay $16- $22, depending on experience. Send resume or contact info.
