Job Title: Qualified Applicator (QA) for Landscaping and Weed Control

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Applicator (QA) to join our team. The QA will be responsible for applying pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals to control weeds and maintain the health and aesthetics of our clients' landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Conducting site assessments to identify weed infestations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to state regulations and industry best practices.
Monitoring and documenting treatment effectiveness and any adverse effects on plants, wildlife, or the environment.
Maintaining accurate records of chemical usage, application rates, and safety precautions.
Communicating effectively with clients to provide recommendations and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
Valid Qualified Applicator License (QA) issued by PMD Licensing AZ Dept. of Agriculture.
Proven experience in landscaping, weed control, and pesticide application.
Strong knowledge of weed species, plant biology, and chemical safety protocols.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and regulations.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed.
