Seeking a part-time groundskeeper to work 5 hours per day from 5am-10am Monday-Friday at a Class A student housing property:
Pick-up all trash, debris in parking lot and all common areas
Remove trash from all trashcans
Clean 4 public restrooms
Mop all indoor lobby flooring
Clean gym including cleaning mirrors
Clean all stairwells (3 stories)
Clean pool area including pool furniture
Trim and assist with all landscaping (trees and cactus, pull weeds, etc)
Ensure cleanliness of all spaces
Requirements:
Must have your own transportation
Strong
Reliable
Hired as 1099 Contractor Status
