Key Responsibilities:
Assembling custom cabinets with precision and attention to detail
Reading and interpreting shop drawings and plans
Ensuring all components are properly fitted and secured
Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy
Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines
Qualifications:
Experience in cabinet assembly or woodworking required
Proficiency with hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset
