Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to Read and Write English
Experience reading drawings and work instructions.
Use and understanding of measuring and inspection.
Capable of bending, squatting, sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching, and handle and lifting objects up to 50lbs
US Citizen or Resident
Work with others as a team
Maintain safe and clean work area and adhere to safety standards of equipment.
Produce and inspect quality parts per specifications of drawings and work instructions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up and Running CNC Lathes
Setting tools for CNC operations
Making adjustments to the CNC program to produce quality parts
Using precision measuring equipment for in process Quality Checks
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Strong Familiarity with CNC Lathe operations
Able to make adjustments to fine tune machine operations
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and documentation
Strong troubleshooting aptitude
Extremely detail-oriented
Ability to perform physical activities including lifting approximately 20 lbs
Proficiency with hand held precision measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, gauges etc.)
3-5 years experience
