Office Manager

The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily business operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records within the ERP system, supporting customer and vendor communications, performing HR-related duties, and providing leadership and backup support to all administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting and financial records in the ERP system; perform data entry related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing.

Plan and organize daily tasks to meet required deadlines for payments, reporting, and administrative deliverables.

Interface with customers regarding billing questions, statements, or payment status.

Work with vendors on payment schedules and invoice inquiries.

Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee files, coordinating payroll activities, tracking time and attendance, and assisting with benefits administration.

Provide backup support to all administrative positions and help improve office processes.

Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service when needed.

Contribute to a positive team environment and demonstrate leadership in daily office operations.

Qualifications

Experience with data entry and basic accounting practices.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Experience in a leadership or shift lead role is preferred.

Desired Qualifications

Proficiency with ERP systems (JobBoss experience preferred).

Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Previous experience with payroll processes and/or HR duties.
