Looking for a weekend receptionist/dispatcher with the potential for full-time work. We’re wanting someone who is reliable, organized, and preferably has some background or understanding of the electrical field.
Job Duties:
Answer phones and dispatch to proper technician to contact customer.(no scheduling)
Follow up with customers
Communicate with technicians in the field
Light admin tasks (data entry, logging calls, etc.)
Requirements:
Weekend availability is a must
Clear, professional communication skills
Prior dispatch or receptionist experience is helpful
Electrical knowledge or experience is a big plus
Must be comfortable using basic software/computer tools
