Your Role:
As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for:
- Generating leads and exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating contracts with prospective clients and preparing quotes.
- Building relationships through networking events.
- Coordinating sales initiatives with our marketing programs.
- Developing and executing operations strategies aligned with our company goals.
- Promoting and understanding our company programs.
- Submitting sales contracts and maintaining client records.
- Visiting clients to assess their needs and promote our products.
- Implementing performance management systems to track progress.
- Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service.
- Overseeing various operations, including finances and quality assurance.
- Participating in a minimum of 7 home shows or expo events per year.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of the sales process.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and in tight spaces (including attics).
- Proficiency in computers and various software applications.
- Willingness to pass a pulmonary fit test.
