We are looking to hire a Construction Foreman to join our crew and help run jobs.
We have gotten too busy lately to do it all on our own. We need to grow and we need someone who can help us out. Someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about the details in building. We do not cut corners around here. We strive to deliver a high quality product to our customers, even if it takes a little longer or goes over budget. That's the kind of company we are. And that's the kind of person we need on our team.
We are a small, local family owned construction company who offers the following services:
- wood & steel framing (garages, carports, porches, additions)
- concrete (mostly flat work, patio slabs, driveways, etc)
- roofing (roof coatings, leak repair, storm repair, flat roofs, shingle and tile)
You must have:
- a truck and valid drivers license
- be able to pass a drug test and background test
- have basic tools ( drill, circular saw, etc)
- be good with math. You will need you to do layout, shoot elevations, account for roof pitch, etc
- be able to read construction plans
- speak English
- be self motivated and ethical. If I have to always direct you on what to do, this is not going to be a good fit. I need to be able to trust you to get the job done on your own, and get the job done right
- be able to work with a team. You will be working with helpers. Usually 1-3 helpers. I would need you to be able to lead them. Assign roles for everyone for the task at hand and keep them busy
