Looking for a skilled part-time handyman who is proficient in most of the trades. We are a small local company with rentals and would like a trademan that is experienced in apt/home maintenance and repairs.
Pay is tied to experience. We will pay a competitive rate if you have all the following skills
Doors - remove and replace a door and all hardware.
A/C and Heating - can do diagnostics on most issues. Remove/replace and re-charge an evaporator coil for cleaning. Test and replace capacitors and contactors, relays and limit switches
Drywall- Repair, texture damaged sheetrock
Light Plumbing - replace water valves, shower valve stems, toilets, sinks,
Light Electrical. Can diagnose and move, repair/replace switches, outlets and breakers.
All around remodeling skills would be helpful. Such as installing cabinets, doors, interior non-load bearing walls, etc
This is part-time but can pay a competitive hourly rate if you have the above skills
