Required Skills & Responsibilities:
Landscaping: Trimming, clearing brush, and tree removal
Hardscaping: Raking, installing paver patios, and building rockery walls
Irrigation Installation: Efficient irrigation setup to maintain a healthy lawn
Turf Installation: Install and maintain beautiful, low-maintenance turf
Tile Installation: Laying tile in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas
Bathroom Remodels: Minor and major remodeling work
Woodworking: Custom woodwork and general carpentry tasks
Requirements:
Must have your own tools
Must have reliable transportation
Drug-free (mandatory)
Must be able to work independently and efficiently
Positive attitude and great work ethic
Compensation:
$2500 - $3000 per month (1099 contractor position)
Pay based on experience and skill level
