We are searching for a licensed and experienced termite and/or pest control technician who is a team player and motivated to move up in our rapidly growing small family owned business. Applicants must be able to inspect buildings and the surrounding environment for signs of pest infestation. He/she will be responsible for the extermination of unwanted rodents or insects in an environment with the use of different techniques such as setting traps and spraying chemicals. It will be a plus but not a requirement if the applicant can conduct quality termite inspections for homes under contract and be able to confidently fill out a Wood Destroying Insect Infestation Reports (WDIIR). Accurately quoting and treating for termites will also be a huge benefit as a skill. Other responsibilities include: Keeping up to date with changing pest control methods, maintaining your work truck and communicating with office staff in regard to scheduling and customer satisfaction. Applicants must have a current driver's license, a clean driving record and at least two years of experience with pest control and/or termite inspections and treatments.
