KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sign drivers in and out of the facility, verifying all necessary paperwork.Assign dock doors for inbound and outbound loads.Maintain accuracy in door assignments and update the yard report for trailer inventory.Process Bills of Lading along with other shipping and receiving documents.Reconcile inbound shipments with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activities.Coordinate yard movements with the spotter/yard jockey.Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.Maintain and manage inbound and outbound schedules.Collaborate closely with shift management and leads to accomplish daily shift goals.Report any errors or issues to the appropriate leadership member to ensure accuracy.Ensure warehouse equipment is used effectively and safely.Perform safety inspections and audits as required.Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to established standards and procedures.
