Position SummaryWhat you'll doWalmart's Health & Wellness Compliance team is seeking a Director, Health & Wellness Compliance, Programs & Governance for a leadership role. This position will play a key role in growing our omnichannel healthcare program. Main job responsibilities include: (1) designing and implementing training, policies, procedures, and regulatory change management programs for H&W Compliance business lines, (2) providing leadership and guidance to the team, (3) continuously assessing and enhancing compliance programs and making necessary adjustments to improve those programs, (4) collaborating with stakeholders to ensure program alignment, consistency, and adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies, (5) establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on program and team performance, and (6) fostering strategic relationships with stakeholders to effectively achieve goals.What you'll bring:

At least 5+ years of compliance or legal experience

At least 5+ years supervisory experience

Subject matter expert in compliance (preferred healthcare compliance )

Experience in developing and implementing programs

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Organization, discipline, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

A law degree is preferred but not required

What you'll do:

Strengthening the H&W compliance program by optimizing effectiveness and efficiency through improvements in training, policies, procedures, and regulatory change management programs. Address program gaps, and implement changes to program requirements, systems, and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Cultivating strategic partnerships through strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive priority initiatives.

Demonstrating exceptional leadership through inspiration, motivation, successful execution, and sound judgement.
